Turn to Mist. 12 damage among 4 different creatures. Nice.
Not very good without combos, though. And really expensive.

Fires of Yavimaya would be pretty good with this, although not as good as the other stuff the Fires deck gets to play with.

Decent with bounce cards combined with a play-creature ability, or with graveyard manipulation. His ridiculous echo cost is there so you DO lose him. The point of this card is to do 2 damage, block someone, and then do 4 damage. A combined 10 damage OR a way to keep the opponent from attacking while doing 6 damage is quite worth the 6 mana.
People really have no imagination sometimes.
