If they can print Serra Angel as uncommon then this can be a common in base sets in the future. Not that it will make it more usable.

Orgg is a flavor clue the designers use to point that a big red creature is bottom-of-the-barrel bad.

This was made mainly for starter decks. I remember getting the 7th edition starter for a friend and it was a red deck with this and a blue deck with Vizzerdrix as the big creatures.
