Sundial DOES work. If you use it correctly. "At the beginning of the next end step" is a delayed trigger that will only happen once. If you wait until your end step, the exile trigger for each token goes on the stack. Trigger on stack, off goes sundial. Ends turn, exiling all triggers. Creatures stay.

Sundial of the Infinite

Swing. Make your tokens. At the start of your end step, after the exile triggers go on the stack, use the Sundial. Your tokens get to stay.

The beauty of this? The next time you swing with all of them, THEY ALL MAKE TOKENS. Every one of them is a copy of this card, therefore they all make copies of themselves, tapped and attacking. This gets out of hand very quickly (or the game is over, one of the two).

Some amount of strategy should go into this since it is very likely the original will get blocked with the biggest defending creature. However, if you get to attack on the following turn, it is often disappointing because you are getting fewer tokens that time around.
The thing many people don't realize until they have used it is that if all the tokens go in the direction of the original, then you have one more cat than your opponent has creatures. How has no one mentioned Might of the Masses yet? It can save the original, but better yet, whichever token gets through is huge.
This can also be brutal in multiplayer since you attack the person with the most creatures and then send the tokens in all directions to lay waste to the entire plane.

Also, combo with Garruk's Packleader for a freakton of cards.

Play Strength in Numbers on either this, one of the tokens or another creature that you attack with and this just becomes one mean card.

Primal Forcemage FTW

And EpicPridemage, the tokens are put onto the battlefield already attacking, so they are never declared attacking and don't make their own tokens.

@Chosen_of_the_Dark_Sun: Only 1 ogre can be created in defense. The tokens come into play attacking, so no attacks were declared on their own.
