It's a smaller Serra Angel...with the now-broken Knight type. Knight Exemplar anyone? How about just a simple Crusade? Puresteel Paladin isn't an actual 'lord', but it's completely fair to call him a tribal card, considering the Swords of Mirrodin cycle is about as Knighty as you can get.

Being a Knight nowadays is a pretty good gig in Magic. That said, this is none too bad.
