This would have been very awesome save for the inclusion of the word "each".
As is, it feels very underwhelming.

Pretty cool, but I would rather play the Raise the Alarm and get one less soldier for one less mana regardless of how many creatures my opponent has.

At least these are instant-speed. Might be able to take out an attacker. Still, though, Timley is just WAY better.

Excellent restock card as an answer to board wipe and golbal resets. This card joins Raise the Alarm in an ever grown number of awesome Soldier token generators. 4/5
