Ok, it being an instant makes it pretty good. yes, you will probably try and cast it for its prowl cost most of the time. but what if its their turn and they clear the field, so you cant do that combat damage, and you only have this in your hand? If you have the mana open, you could use it to dig at the end of their turn for a solution.

Look at the top four cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in any order? Seem familiar?

This card is basically impulse for one more mana normally, and one less mana for the prowl cost. This card deserves a higher rating.

I'd say this card is underrated. Either you can cast it for it's prowlcost and then it's a ponder or preordain (little better most of the time), or you can use it right before your turn because you wanted to save some mana for a Faerie Trickery or something. 3.5/5

what's wrong with you people?! this is Impulse in rouge decks. it cost one more for it to situationally cost one less than impulse. While impulse is 4.6/5, 4/5 because it still works just like impulse in EDH, especially in talrand decks and... rouges! Most of them are unbloackable now. invisible stalker, blighted agent, Inkfathom Infiltrator, Deathcult Rogue, Surveilling Sprite, keymaster rogue, Looter il-Kor, Roo***er Thief, Pestermite, scroll theif to name a... few that are only of the ones that are in color and have some sort of evasion... shame on you people who rated this lower than 3.5!
