That is some hilarious art and flavour text, but the card itself is a bit of a crapshoot. On the one hand, if your opponent has their best creature out, this is good for getting rid of the big threat. On t'other, you probably don't know for sure that that's their biggest creature. You can play it on an indestructible creature that you control and get a free creature. Kinda like cascade, without the initial benefit.
