They should take it one further. If you have to be there to deal damage, and you thusly have to be there to keep attacking, why don't you have to be there to block?
The rules still favour the blocker. If I have a bigger creature than you I want it to matter dammit. Block and sac has always been bull. Its just less bull now.

Players complain about the rule changes because Mogg Fanatic is less useful now.
Yet I can't find anything to complain about because those rule changes didn't affect Mogg Jailer. As far as I can see, Mogg Jailer is still the most broken card and I will continue to abuse its power until WotC bans it from all formats.

Ya this sucks, I came back to Magic after an eight year hiatus, go to use this bad mother and I'm told that I'm not allowed to sac it after being blocked/attacking. God dang it Wizards.. Still, like ya'll said, he IS the most awesome red one drop ever. Period.

It was never broken, it just used to be a really useful combat trick.
