Evasion in green for a single mana can be quite potent. I'm sure there are lots of stories of Richard Garfield hammering out an early win with this, a couple of Giant Growths, Blood Lust and Berserk. Oddly enough, colorshifted as Flying Men from Arabian Nights, the first expansion of the game.

A quickie 1/1 flyer for 1 mana and Green had very few flying creatures back then. Definitely worth considering and you can pile spells on them. Turn two, hit with Giant Growth or Blood Lust and it'll leave a mark.
