Plenty of ways to break this, my favorite at the moment is two Sensei's Divining Tops and an Etherium Sculptor.

Play down both tops for free, tap ability of one puts it on top, tap ability of the other puts it on top and the other in your hand, which you can then play for free, repeat ad infinitum.

I'm not getting the types of this thing? What can be more real and tangible than an artifact? How can an illusion be an artifact?

Glaze Fiend is an nice early beat-down card. He gets out of hand quickly, and can do some really unexpected late-game damage with shennanigans from the Master Transmuter.

Fun card, not exciting, but useful. I use him in my quad color Mishra deck as a quick finish, flying helps get the 6+ power boost he gets from Mishra's bauble proliferation over the fence.

As for the quandary on his seemingly undeserved 0 power, remember that his creature type is Illusion. It is likely that the creature itself is a mana reflection of the actual glaze, a spectral entity, and that the presence of other artifacts increases his 'mana density', to make up terms and whatnot. Just my two cents on that matter

Another thing that'll make this really silly is Prototype Portal with Voltaic Key. One artifact drop per turn for 1 and as many more as you want after that for 2 each.

If you put a Steel Overseer out after you've cranked out a bunch of keys then this becomes even more ridiculous.

Prototype Portal . . . make 2 of them, have one make a Sol Ring, have one make a Voltaic Key?
Let's see. . . {2} to make the tokens, the ring token taps for {2} to activate the key token and untap the first portal to make another ring token. . . and it only gets more insane later on.

Turn one land, sol ring.
Turn two land, portal imprinting sol ring.
Turn three land, portal imprinting key, crank out a ring, crank out a key, crank out a ring.
Turn four land, you have 3 sol rings and 4 land. That's enough to tap for {10} frigging mana. Broodstar? OMG he's so cheap by now. If you played only artifact lands, you have a 10/10 Broodstar. For {2}. What else do you cast!? I suppose you could just have Tezzeret make all your things swing for 50 damage. In fact, just cast any damn cmc 10 creature you damn well please. You can afford Dragon motherfricking Tyrant. Why not cast ... (see all)
