This guy is great with Vampire Aristocrats and other sac abilities. Helps fuel Savra quite nicely.

Throw him in with a deck using Kitchen Finks, Essence Warden, Soul Warden, (insert sac engine of choice), and Quillspike, and the life gain is just hilarious.
Not to mention, this pretty guy here is amazing in a black sac (no puns) deck.

@ DacenOctavio
Tokens are creatures and are sent to the graveyard. They just get removed from the game as a state based action. This DOES work just as Darth said.
Warp World mentions tokens and how they get shuffled into your library then cease to exist. Only card I can think of right now that mentions it, but they are permanents that go to the graveyard before getting removed from the game...

Edit:
looked through the rules, here you go
110.5e A token that's phased out, or that's in a zone other than the battlefield, ceases to exist. This is a state-based action; see rule 704. (Note that if a token changes zones, applicable triggered abilities will trigger before the token ceases to exist.)

The zone change is all this guy cares about.

Ladies and gentlemen, I've finally found my one-drop for Dragon Appeasement. Powered by Brood Birthing and Rapacious One.

Good combo for offsetting bitterblossom's life loss. If your enemy has a way to remove the faerie tokens, you gain the life you spent on them back.

He's definitely not the worst option for a 1 mana black creature, but there's better options. 3/5.

Everybody tells me it's a useless card and not to waste my time with it. I kind of have to agree. When I used him in MTGO, it was pretty much just a minor prolonging of the inevitable of that particular deck, there were better cards that I should have used instead.
