The runes in the art reads "MAGIC" (or alternatively "MAGIK")..

The runes used is the same general type of characters which was used to write in most parts of northern Europe before adopting the Latin alphabet.

Doesn't have to be in the sideboard if you play with Enchanted Evening and put this little thing on Isochron Scepter which then lets you destroy EVERY permanent in play. Add Auratog to the mix and you've got a decent strategy for casual.
