No one has mentioned that he's *really* out of color flavor-wise? Red doesn't hate artifacts for being unnatural, they destroy them to add chaos; to "disturb the peace." Green would care about how they're unnatural.
That said, the mechanic works well for red, so i can't really care that much;
4/5, very good against most every good artifact out there.
