Quite ok. However, there is no use to pay any additional cost for a creature to draw a card. In this case, you add 2 mana (see Leonin Skyhunter. This means, you have to play 2 additional lands before you play this card.

Is the card worth it? - I don't think so. You can get an Assault Zeppelid for cmc4. So I think it would have been perfectly balanced if it would have been a 2/3.

He looks pretty bad compared to mulldrifter, but we've been spoiled really. This is still good.

Personally, I think this would've been fair as a common.
Not underpowered, but it doesn't have the edge or any special ability that warrants an uncommon slot.

Not worth four mana. Theres better flyers and card draw out there. Case in point: Mulldrifter.

This was designed to be played with Knight of New Alara. A 5/5 flier that cantrips for 4cmc. Doesn't seem as overcosted when you play it properly.

Works very well with a Knight of New Alara out - instead of getting a 2/2 and 1 card for 4, you get a 5/5 which is decent by anyone's standards. Having said that, on its own it leaves quite a bit to be desired - you can get superior card draw for 1 (Ponder), and a superior creature for 3 (a 3/3 with flying like Jenara), so the fact that you're combining two lesser versions into one card to save space isn't really a good enough reason to cut so much potential.

I cannot believe no-one's mentioned the multi-level flavour text reference to Aven Fisher.
It's probably the best part of the card.
