He's not bad. Especially now that he is a human druid cleric. That way he got three creature types that are all supported by other cards. I guess he is best in a druids deck, with seton. There, in the late game, you can tap some druids to create mana and have this guy sac himself. That way you have still all your forests untapped to attack with. With 6 forests, them being 2/3, that's already 12 damage attacking. And not that many will die either, with their three toughness. And if you got some pump spell... Not awesome, but over the near 20 years of powercreep, he's still somewhat playable.
Might also be good in a deck, where you want to sacrifice creatures constantly. In the worst case, he allows you to sac your forests then.

Surprisingly playable. Might be the only mass convert-land-to-creatures ability that doesn't make them 1/1s.
