This guy can beat face in a casual U/G level-up deck.
Between him and Skywatcher Adept, along with Training Grounds and Joraga Treespeaker, he (they) can deal quite a bit of damage unless dealt with.

Average guy I guess. In the best case you play him on turn 2 and turn him into a 4/4 on turn 3. In the worst case you draw him some time late game, when you need something large, and are then forced to pay 15 mana for a 6/6 (which is not that efficient).
Also looks like veteran bodyguards brother.
