@igniteice
You could play one of them on turn 3 with Heartless Summoning, plus two other cards. Your deck should be made to do such a thing if you're playing those cards. The Goblin Grenade combo is obviously good (one of my favorite decks to play for a while), they're just two different deck types.

(this comment is in reference to Commander games, mostly)
Combos with: Wort, Boggart Auntie, Patron of the Akki, Quest for the Goblin Lord, etc (everybody knows goblin tribal well enough).
Since Tuktuk the Explorer will be in your graveyard when Tuktuk the Returned comes into play, Wort, Boggart Auntie will be able to fetch him back out of the graveyard. He will not kill his alternate version, they have different names...see rulings.
The coolest thing about him (when he is Tuktuk the Returned): metalcraft is way easier to maintain/attain. Think of Galvanic Blast, Kuldotha Phoenix, Molten Psyche, Indomitable Archangel, Dispatch, Puresteel Paladin...
Also is conveniently usable with the Splicer cycle...

Undercosted 5/5 - check.
Board presence after a Wrath - check.
Triggers Grave Pact and Vicious Shadows twice - check.
Excellent. And I agree with AlphaWolfs, this would look better as a DFC. Like Loyal Cathar, except less undead. Or maybe not. Does anyone know if being disintegrated then remade as a construct counts as being undead?

@d-101
This is a terrible card to play with Heartless Summoning. You'd have to splash black to play Heartless Summoning, which you're going to drop on turn 2, then on turn 3 you'd play Tuktuk for 1. You'd have already been able to get him out on turn 3 though without Heartless Summoning. It's not that either one of these two cards is bad, but they are bad together, because aside from Tuktuk the Returned being a 5/5, it has nothing else going for it. The best uses for this card are obviously Goblin Grenade for 5 mana, or, and I hate to say it, Skullclamp for 2 card draw and a 5/5.

Tuktuk the Returned has a token card. The art looks like Thaardus from Metroid Prime.

5/5, just because he gives me the opportunity to play a creature with the type Goblin Golem.
