Good alongside Wall of Tears or even just a bunch of little fairy tokens.

Andrew, you're wrong. This card is AWESOME when you're not planning to attack at all :P! I.e., milling, for example. I'm using a u/r deck that needs creatures just to stay alive and bounce anything that comes my way (Aether Membrane and Wall of tears). If i can even get those wall to last longer, the better for me :D. Blue card that makes ALL your creatures live longer: 5 stars :P

This card in only good when you're about to die, and you want the game to last longer. Though this enchantment is pretty good when you have Imperial Archangle.

Most control strategies using creatures defensively are unreliable (because of kill spells and evasion), want their creatures to deal damage (Plumeveil), or have very little fear that their creatures will take too much damage (Wall of Denial).

The main use of this card seems to be to give your prodigal sorcerer (or other similar utility creatures) the ability to block. Two questions there: why are you using prodigal sorcerer in constructed? And why not just play removal, plumeveil, or something like propaganda?

It's splashable and makes all your creatures nigh invincible. If you're playing burn this is hilarious to pair with a Kiln Fiend and Fling, since Fling is doing the damage rather than your giant Kiln Fiend.

In addition the flavor and use of this in a Multiplayer game like EDH is fantastic if you don't rely on Combat Damage to win. It makes attacking you seem like a waste of resources and they will often focus on attacking your opponents instead.
