This card is made a chump by Master Healer, and that's saying a lot.
At least the healer can survive a Lightning Bolt. At least it's just white instead of white/green. At least is can heal 4 instead of 2.
God Damn. This is a bad card.
EDIT - Mythril Wyrm, you have a point about the CMC.
Although, I'd counter-argue that he costs white and green instead of just white, making him less versatile.
Not only that, but you can have more than 1 Master Healer out.
I'd totally try to look for the positive here. Unfortunately, I can't.

@ Ferlord: To be fair, Kei's CMC is one less than Master Healer's..but he can only prevent damage to creatures. He would be slightly better if his ability could target players, though still not good enough to make his way into a deck designed for serious play.
