She would be five stars even without the artifact fetching ability.
Also, I love a card that just beg you to build a deck around it, and this is a good example.

(I really wish she cost {B}{B}{G}. I would splash green for her in my black equipment deck.)

Y'know what really annoying?
When your friends spend 10x more money than you do and have 4 of these with 4 Mox Opal's in their deck, and ALWAYS play the same deck.

*Sigh* For the umpteenth time (or so I've seen today anyway), Rings only works on -activated- abilities, not -triggered- abilities.
Glissa's ability is an optional -triggered- ability that triggers whenever an opponent's creature hits the 'yard.

Birthing Pod & Mimic Vat play well with Golgari...not to mention zombies, generally. Rings of Brighthearth double her activated affect. Oddly synergistic with Trinisphere, which everybody will try to put into the graveyard.

3/3, First Strike, Deathtouch for 3??? 5/5
She's amazing even without her bonus ability; which is meaningless for me as I don't run many artifacts.
I think there are only two possible reasons she's not rated 5/5;
1)Specific mana cost; but at only 3cmc it's not a big deal (plus one is green!)
2)Legendary; Running 4 is possible but not necessary.
