I have 4 in my casual dragon deck, he is incredible. getting 6CMC dragons out for 4 is incredible, the opponent scorched so quickly, unless they remove him. Try making a casual dragon deck with this guy, thran dynamo and some more red/colouless mana ramp, it's so fun to play.

Dragons not viable for casual? Tsk, tsk. I think you'll have to debate that with Steel Hellkite. Sure, most things kill him, but getting him out turn 4 for any reason is priceless.
Imagine turn 4 Broodmate Dragon. Sick. If it makes dragons, awesome. If it helps you make more dragons, even better. If 2 of them in play lets you cast 3 Steel Hellkites T6, F YEAH! Then T7, if they're still on the board and under your control, you can activate each of their abilities at a different mana level, wrathing your opponents for {1} cost permanents, {2} cost permanents, and {3} cost permanents. F YEAH.

I want to see this guy get reprinted in a core set. He makes a dragon deck that little bit more viable for casual play.
