I love the artwork, makes me wonder what people on the mountain would think as they saw a cloud of sharp metallic debris heading their way. It would probably look similar to those cartoons where the person is surrounded by an outline of knives pinning them by their clothes to a wall. I bet that is why they cannot untap, their clothes are pinned!

The obvious combo choice is Painter's Servant. Then get creatures that does not require to be tapped or that have protection from blue, and kill your opponent through spells.
