Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done if you don't have anything better.
There are a variety of superior cards in existence now, of course, but at least the art is nice.
Among those are either of the common red-green obelisks,
Obelisk of Jund and Obelisk of Naya.

If you have a red green edh deck that doesn't include white or black, the obelisks can't be used. At the moment that is the only situation I can think to use the Cameo cards. I might use them in other EDH decks anyhow for the color fixing but for the most part there is a lot better stuff out there.

If your only running those two colors, this is equal to manalith, baring unique situations where you would need other colors because of something an opponent does.

Also you could run alongside manalith.
