Man, I LOVE Overrun!
It's so great when you've got your Runeclaw Bears and your Spined Wurms and even the little tiny Llanowar Elves
and then you're like,
"***, OVERRUN!"
And they is like, "aww HEEELLLL NAW!"
And you win :D
Although, in retrospect, Overwhelming Stampede is better....
Again, however, in hindsight, Overrun is an uncommon, so it's more accessible and easier to get for the less-experienced.

I like both Overrun and Overwhelming Stampede. However, Overrun is uncommon. Not to mention I can start playing with my Magic 2010 Overruns.

I'm glad to see this card return. Overwhelming Stampede I thought always played like a win-more card because you got the best effect out of it when you already had a fat creature on the board. Overrun, on the other hand, is a great surprise card because it turns your completely non-threatening crew of dorks into an unstoppable killing machine, even if they happen to all start out with 0 or 1 power. Overrun will always be my favorite finisher.
