for me this is the scariest art in the set.

People comparing this unfavorably to removal don't get it. 3U gets you:

1) A clearer attack with one less guy on the board.
2) Knowledge of your opponent's next draw.
3) They have to spend a draw step AND mana just to return the game state to what it was on the last turn.
4) Delayed land drops/answers. Even just being able to pin someone at 2-3 lands for another turn is a VERY big deal.

"Return target creature to it's owner's hand.
That player skips his or her next draw."

For the record:
A spell or ability only refers to cards or permanents on the battlefield, unless they specify otherwise, or they refer to a type of card that could, by definition, never be on the battlefield.

This is absurd in limited. It comes very, very close to simply Time Walking them, TWICE, as that 8 mana isn't really a huge deal when innistrad limited is as slow as it is. Using this when you're ahead on board position, and they don't have any good attacks, really IS a Time Stretch. Freaking amazing for an uncommon.

Why is this card rated so low? Totally absurd in limited.

I don't get why this is rated low... the effect is insane. If your opponent is top decking or close to it, this basically says "at best, you'll be back to the same board state next turn". You can use it to screw with land drops if they're getting stuck. Seals up the game if they absolutely need to draw an answer to you. And, if the game draws out, you can do it again for some major card advantage. This is one of my favorite cards in the set... I don't think it stands out when reading it, but it's served me well in play.

Underrated. People see "put target creature on it's owner's library" and think Unsummon, but forget that just as (if not more) importantly, it also prevents your opponent from getting a new card next draw. Even though the flashback cost may seem expensive, preventing the other player from drawing new cards late game could win you the game in some cases. Some of the most memorable art in Innistrad, as well.

Remember, it puts it on top of the library not into their hand. Which is annoying as hell. Also, you could combo it with ghoulcaller's bell to just kill the damn thing.
