Withdraw is such a great multiplayer card: Almost always a guaranteed bounce of two creatures when one opponent is tapped out. Plus instant speed and being a good card from the Prophecy expansion to boot.

I think this card is currently underrated.
At worst it's a plain Unsummon for BlueBlue.
Bouncing two for two mana is a great deal if it works out.
On top of that it's even more useful when used in a self-bounce deck, since the controler and not just any player may pay 1 to prevent that effect.
Therefore you can always either decide to Rescue two of your creatures, or return one of your opponent and one of yours.

@Mode: No, this is not Unsummon for BlueBlue, because this needs two target creatures, whereas Unsummon needs only one. Small difference, but sometimes the reason why this rots in your hand.

Mode said it, in mono-blue this is better than Peel from Reality. One of my "pet cards", and probably the only card from this set you should know besides the Avatar cycle.

EDIT: I forgot about the brawlers, they are Keldons too D:

Spore Frog and Chimeric Idol are good too.

This seems to combo nicely with my B/U land destruction/bounce/discard deck.

Great card for the reasons previously mentioned. Usably as an offensive weapon to bounce your opponants creatures, or use it def to bounce yours for protection. Also works very well with Cloud of Faeries, Peregrine Drake, and High Tide

@Maraxas
You don't mean that! There's always the beloved Branded Brawlers and Veteran Brawlers. If nothing else, they're great fun to make a big deal about when you play :P

I like the card, and i feel the 3.5 stars does it justice. Boomerang any day for me. I just don't like card that only target creatures, though... I guess I still like black/white removal.. I don't know. It feels like in blue there's potentially better ways to be a nuisance. Bounce is always tempo advantage for card disadvantage and that's a hard thing to weigh against.

I use this card in an oddball Wall deck I built using a number of deliberately "low-quality" cards. It's remarkably effective, though I almost always use it in one specific way: bouncing one of my creatures while I bounce one of my opponent's at the same time. I think there's only been one time when I ever managed to bounce two opposing creatures at once. This is not a bad thing: for sure the card has always met my needs.

For two Unsummons stapled together this isn't bad at all, even with the possibility of one of the creatures not being bounced. I think Wizards could have gotten away with making this cost {1}{U} because of that possibility, but even at {U}{U} this is a good card to run in any deck where you expect to be doing a lot of bouncing.

Can be a 2 for 1 for 2 mana if you catch opponent tapped out. Plus a bunch of neat tricks with your own creature for the pay 1 bit.
