3.5 stars? Seriously? This guys a beast. I run two in my mono blue control along with two copies of his Zendikar cousin, Sphinx of Jwar Isle. A 4/4 for 2BlueBlue is way over the curve, and that "drawback" is an advantage if you play it right. The other Sphinx's ability, Halimar Depths, Ponder, Preordain, and other Scry effects are ways to keep taps on your top card. If he's being attacked flash an Eel Umbra on him. And nothings better than watching your opponents bomb go to the bottom of their library. Easy 5 stars.

It's a 4/4 flier for 4. The wonky ability is mostly irrelevant.
