When are we going to get dual-lands that aren't heavily priced rares? Mana fixing used to be so simple for newbies and players without much of a wallet.

Why is this rated lower than Rakdos Guildgate? It is strictly better.

Because it's not strictly better? Gate, while certainly not the most powerful keyword, is a relevant land type. Which this lacks obviously. And frankly people would rather have limited synergy than a measly one life.
