So, did Starter 2000 use this art or not? And why doesn't Gatherer have images of the Starter 2000 printings of cards?

Starter 2000 is composed by what follows.
1) A box with two 22 cards decks, two 15 cards boosters (all preconstructed), a premium version of Rhox from Nemesis and other things which are not cards.
2) A sampler pack released in magazines.
The cards which compose this "set" are from Sixth Edition, Starter 1999 and Portal. The cards from Portal and Starter 1999 differ from the original in that they have 1993-2000 copyright and no expansion symbol, while the cards from Sixth Edition are real Sixth Edition cards, and cannot be distinguished from the ones you can find in Sixth Edition products.
So, this image actually shows a Starter 2000 (and/or Sixth Edition) Stone Rain.
