3/3 flyer for CMC3 (in allied colors), which bounces an awesome "enters the battlefield" creature of your choice? I do believe this is a rad card.

Not even a disadvantage in the right deck. This is great when used with come into play effects. Here's some examples off the top of my head that are on curve.
T1: Icatian Javelineers or Sage of Epityr
T2: Wall of Omens or Lone Missionary or Augur of Bolas
T3: This, return any creature's effect you want to reuse later.
