The guy on the card looks like he forgot why he volunteered to be in Homelands.

I can see this as useful when targeting myself so that I can get rid of useless cards and draw two new ones. Or, (even better) I could discard two cards with madness (Basking Rootwalla, Fiery Temper) and THEN draw two cards. Some players seemed to be looking for something that forces them to discard just to play Madness: why not play this card?

I'm thinking Dredge/graveyard recursion. This is the same thing as many of the Cephalid cards in the Odyssey block, just worded differently. Dump what you don't need/need in the graveyard, and get cards that you could need now.

I like the oracle text. I get why they phrased it that way, but it reads like the writers forget halfway through how many cards they were supposed to discard.

Wish I drew two cards every time I forgot something. I'd start actively forgetting stuff like my birthday just for the card advantage.

It's too bad a card with this name has already been printed. Forget for BlueBlue as "The next time target player may optionally take an action, that player instead must not take the optional action" would be hilarious. (The idea being, the opponent would be forced to "forget" to put a counter on Aether Vial, or bounce Bloodghast into play off a landfall, or whatever.)

I'm having trouble seeing how this card can actually be effective, just like almost every other card in Homelands. You can't really even use this on your opponent, unless they only have 1-2 cards in hand, as they'll only end up with a better hand. On yourself, you're getting card & tempo disadvantage, and there is Frantic Search for that, which only requires 2U instead of UU.
