No, this is not amongst the best of Homelands, this is amongst the worst, and is the sort of card that made the whole set bad in the minds of many players.

This would have been good if there were more Faeries back then, preferably similar to those in Lowryn and Shadowmoor
2.5 because green is no longer the colour for Faeries
