I felt like answering superboi's question, but then realized he asked it over 3 and a half years ago

Nice. Now, if only there was an opposing-color set of eggs to go with them.

Ruling - " This is a mana ability, which means it can be played as part of the process of playing a spell or another ability. If that happens you get the mana right away, but you don't get to look at the drawn card until you have finished playing that spell or ability."

What if I didn't use the mana for anything, but I activated the ability anyway? Do I get to draw a card still? Wouldn't it be that the first part is a mana ability, and the second part goes on the stack?

The art is amazing, to the point that these eggs would look to be great collectors items if they did exist, the flavor text is great, shame they aren't so great compared to whats on the market.

Otherwise; colour fixing and Draw card for 3CMC
Salvaging Station to retrieve this when you sac it and suddenly you have a 2: sac for GreenRed & Draw card.

Woah just realised, with "MotM" March of the Machines active this becomes a 1/1 creature, tap saccing would activate the untap condition for Salvaging station allowing you to infinitely salvage this card and sac it, provided there's a Haste Mechanic in play like Concordant Crossroads you can now draw as much cards as you want :)!

Not bad, not great but a piece of Otarias history, nice job wizards... its cards like these that flesh out the multiverse of mtg and keep the rest looking great but in their own right all cards are gems.
