Outclassed by many different cards, but plays well with bloodrush, and against Dimir's milling. Also can be used to get back a guy to trigger evolve again.

People are underrating this card, the ability to bring back bloodrush cards so they can be cast twice makes it very useful in limited, and it will see play as a combat trick in lower end Standard Gruul builds.

Works alright in limited formats. For instance I can get more utility out of a Centaur's Herald with this in pauper.

This looks pretty crappy, well, other than the instant speed, and its interaction with snapcaster mage... wait, that's sounding sound kinda good.
Deserves a second chance for being able to give you inception levels of re-occurrence for your snappy.

It's an instant? With this you can make a green control deck, along with hexproof instants and combat tricks. You have a kill spell? At the end of your turn I return my creature to the hand.

Regrowth can't be reprinted, just because it was Eternal Witness... but... I mean, it was the precursor to Eternal Witness, which as we all know, is a good creature.
Lorendorky is absolutely right: Gruul is going to have a lot of fun with this, at least in limited.
