The artwork in this is so off... the forced perspective on the Goblins is overdone, and the arrow looks like it is glued to the bird's wing. Blah... As for the card itself, it is decent.

When I began playing over fifteen years ago, this was a key part to the Soraya, the Falconeer kitchen table deck. That was pre-"Grand Creature Type Update." Not too bad, even storm crow can be bolted, but not this flyer. Of course, there was Terror back then, too, but nobody bothered because there was always juicier targets. I forgot the pro-black one...Dusk-something Falcon. Was more splash able than knights...that's about it. Of course, the Soltari knocked protection & evasion out of the park soon after this...
Got to remember this was even before Tempest Block.
