He's like a tiny, more color-intensive version of Serra Angel and Serra Sphinx. If those two had a drake baby, this would be it. Not all that horrible, from what I can judge.

I don't see what is not to like at this card, 3 Mana = 2/2 Flying with the nice effect of having vigilance... good for me :)
