This feels like an odd choice for Vraska's deck. It doesn't focus on milling at all. I would have prefered a Putrefy.

@ MrMonday - maybe because putrefy is uncommon.
Chill to the Bone is also good in this slot..

Actually, I really like having this card in Vraska's deck. Many of Jace's creatures have the potential to be quite large, so the Spectacle will often mill for 4 or 5 cards upon resolution. Between this and all the discard that'll be going on in Vraska's deck, her Wight of Precinct Six could really get out of hand in a hurry.

And flavourwise, this is just a homerun. Remember that Vraska is basically a hired assassin, and not a true member of the Golgari Swarm, so her work will often have her killing for whoever makes it the most convenient at the time. Since Jace is trying to maintain peace in Ravnica, the seemingly-random killings of Vraska are both alarming and uncontrollable, threatening to start yet another Guild War.

The flavourtext on Nekrataal really sends the message home.
