Art makes this look more like a blue card. At least the original art had smoke/steam to imply the cause of the flood was volcanism/geothermal activity.

Well, dude, you don't need 12 mana if you cast Form of the Dragon and Jokulhaups on different turns. And for the record, it's a total of 13 mana, not 12. All the more reason to do the obvious, and cast those cards on separate turns.
