I like the fact that it essentially counts itself for the purposes of card draw.

Megrim, Liliana's Caress and Underworld Dreams make this a bit more one-way, since they get hit for drawing and/or discarding while you do it freely.

Well, it would be much better if it didn't allow your opponent to toss away their useless cards as well.

This card feels pretty broken. Not only is it a cantrip, but it grants you amazing access to the rest of your deck.

I put this in with Lorescale Coatl along with tolarian winds.
Richard Kane art is sometimes like a Magic Eye to me. But once I see whats goin on it looks really good.

How is this broken? Your opponents get to do the same thing, this in fact could be really bad for you, in specific situations.
