The ability "{1}: Swooping Talon loses flying until end of turn." is there so that the provoke ability can take out creatures that wouldn't normally be able to block it.

Provoke is my all-time favorite keyword (for nostalgia reasons, mainly) and this is flavor city. But for six? I'll get my provoke fix elsewhere.
