i think this might be decent against a casual poison deck, as they are usually in the 2-3 power range. add some clerics and you are set.

Seems like it could be good with Auramancer.

Combo with Delaying Shield? Put no more than 3 counters on Bubble each turn, put the rest on Shield (you can decide which replacement effect goes first, right? Just like choosing which of multiple Bubbles to put the counter on). Lets you keep your Force Bubble up all the time by making sure it doesn't get broken from counters, and of course you can reduce what gets through via Shield with mana. Then play Luminarch Ascension.

The design of this card leans towards faux card draw for White: this card will most likely eat up an attack phase which means that you've slow-tripped/fogged for 4 mana.

It should be noted Force Bubble is quite effective on shutting down small "on hit" creatures. Hypnotic Specter and Thada Adel, Acquisitor will simply get shrugged off and if your opponents happen to get some heavy hitting "on hit" creatures such as Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni or Living Hive online it at least gives you a turn to find an answer (or wait for the most opportune time to use your answer already in hand.)
