Huh. It's like a mini-Cabal Therapy on-demand. It's also a sac outlet. It curves out of Liliana's Caress and into Geth's Grimoire and Liana Vess. It indeed also powers up Crypt of Agadeem if you sacrifice exclusively black creatures. I would also use it with Grave Pact to break the symmetry.

The only ability i know that makes your opponent reveal his hand and allows you to make him discard a land card.
It's easy to see why, though: By the time you use this, your opponent probably won't hold any land cards anymore.
And every land card drawn afterwards will be played right away, so you won't get the chance to make him discard it.
Unless you're evil and bounce his lands, that is.

Have some mana, a Phyrexian Altar, Endrek Sahr, and this card out and you have an ideal control setup, just play a few creatures, and use your remaining mana and tokens to wipe their hands clean until you can get Sadistic Hypnotist into play and seal the deal.
