Very versatile. Good for taking abilities that are too good for the creatures they belong to, like Zealous Inquisitor's. The 3/4 body packs a punch, and the art looks great. All-round good.

If I have the elemental copy Merieke Ri Berit's ability and steal an opponent's creature with it, do I get to keep the stolen creature when the power wears off at the end of the turn? If I do get to keep it, will the creature die when the elemental untaps or dies, or just remain mine until some other source kills it or returns it to its owner? Any insights would be helpful. Thanks.

Retarded with Horde of Notions. With the Horde, you can pay WUBRG for an elemental. With this guy, you have to pay WUUBRG for an elemental.

@channelblaze: it would live, as it is a creature, not a planeswalker. however, due to rules changes, it can still only use one of gideon's abilities a turn.

Could I copy Gideon Jura with this if I turned the gideon into a creature? Or would the elemental die for having no counters? I don't really get it...thx if someone answers this,

@channelblaze since only players and planeswalkers can be attacked, you'd put 2 loyalty counters on Quicksilver Elemental, and that's it.
