Seems unnecessary, until you face an agro deck running Moldervine Cloak. I could have used this card back in that day.
I like random cycling abilities. They're so.... user friendly and polite.

Play this card if an enchantment is ***ing you off so much you want to remove it i.e. Teferi's Moat. Or some other bull. Privileged Position.

Something like this is one of the only ways to get rid of Rancor, and you still get instant speed, a reasonable CMC, and cycling in case you're not up against enchantments. Awesome card for casual and Commander.

I used to run this in a mono-white Cleric tribal deck back in the Onslaught days. It was used mostly for the cycling... I really should have switched it out faster.
