Sorry, but you can't just say it's crap because it's a 4 mana 0/1.
1: It flies. Sure, there's lots of things that block fliers, but it's still got a form of evasion.
2: It gets +1/+0 for one of the easiest things to have out of all time.
You can use artifact lands, memnites, ornithopters, welding jars, a huge amount of cheap artifacts exist that also do another job, and all of them buff Shrieker. He's still, of course, a 0/1, but the ability to make him usable for cheaper than other cards means he deserves a 3.

@MasterOfEtherium: What the heck is an "Ambilical Chord"? If you were trying to write "umbilical cord," you spelled both words incorrectly. Oh, and I'm not sure if you noticed, but you also capitalized every single word. Of course you do that on every one of your comments, so I can only assume you have some kind of debilitating typing disorder that prevents you from posting intelligent and readable comments. You might want to get some professional help for that.

In a deck that doesn't feature a lot of artifacts it won't be so hot, but then again it doesn't make much sense for it to be in a deck without a ton of artifacts in the first place. In my Affinity deck I've never had him lower than a 6/1 on the board at any time. Only thing I dislike about this card is how he wacks in and creams my opponent before I even get a chance to put out the big and more interesting guns in my deck.
