If this card was a instant it would have so much more potential. The way it is, is not that bad though because you have the choose of killing a creature or land but only if your oppent is not playing mono-black.

@Singe: Declaring your target is the first thing you do when casting this, so actually it's the first thing your opponent will know, aside from the spell's name.

Awesome part about it is that the opponent will not know what you will hit until it resolves.
