These lands and the onslaught cycle of lands that cycle give you versatility. Early you can play it as a land and later on when you have more mana you can cycle it and get the spell you need. 3.5/5

Run with Fluctuator, just lie all of the {2} cycling cards. However, this being a {W} producing land, it also works well with Astral Slide and Stoic Champion.
