I don't know why this guy's rating is so low. I get that unlike Withered Wretch you have to tap him and there's {B} in the activating cost, and the ability is too high if you're exiling less than 3 cards. However, his CMC is easier to get than the Wretch's and he's still exiling 3 cards for 3 mana. I think the negatives are enough to have him not rate as high as Withered Wretch (at 4 right now), but not so bad that he should be less than 2. This guy's average, and average is 3/5.

Wow 3 mana for that ability? Good lord. If it was just tap to remove three cards, this card would be decent.
