This is a great commander. Monogreen decks don't have that much in the way of control.

Looove it, it is beautiful for those beasty decks so you can just attack and all you have to worry about are abilities amd blockers, the johniest timmy ever. My favorite card for monogreen, it simplifies things for a color that has few answers to counters other than "Oh Well" or white spells like holy day. And it doesnt hurt the green mage that much, at least not my deck, I believe I run like 3 instants maybe? great, solid card.

Yes it can be lightning bolted, as can just about anything, its really great for green though where you really just want your creatures out and not have them messed with, for 3 mana thats pretty good.
