Again, it begs to be sideboarded. Use this instead of Absolute Grace only if you expect to face more red than black.

@Axelle: Mentioning Painter's Servant on every color-related card is like mentioning Doubling Season for everything that makes counters/tokens. Yes, it makes a combo, sort of. No, it's not interesting.

This card is lurking in my Zur the Enchanter EDH deck, along with Absolute Grace. What's that you say? Pyrohemia? Absolute Law. Pestilence? Absolute Grace. Now you can't touch my little blue creatures with awesome abilities, but very little toughness. Feel the wrath of Zur the Enchanter's laser eyes!!!

Both this and Absolute Grace are better than Glory, because these messes up the opponent totally. Their same color auras cannot be casted on any creature, their creatures abilities cannot target their even own creatures etc. Making their creatures having prot from their own color is cruel and unusual punishment and thus very much fun.
